Injection moulding of thermoplastics

Our modern production hall meets all the relevant international standards and criteria.

The production facilities consist of 19 Arburg and Engel injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging from 40 to 600 tons. The machines are equipped with linear and six-axis robots for part removal (left/right), sprue removal, part placement into packaging materials, and other activities. Conveyor belts enable optimal part handling and temperature control.

We process all types of industrial plastics. The granulate is stored in fabric bags and its transportation and drying are centrally controlled.

The production process is digitally monitored and managed through the MES ACT-IN program, allowing for real-time communication with the injection molding machines, collection of technological parameters, capacity planning, and production efficiency evaluation.
