Metal production

Our metal production equipment includes a CNC milling machine, two conventional milling machines, two lathes, stationary disc grinders, a welding station equipped with TIG and MIG welders, a grinding machine, eccentric presses (LEN 63, LEN 25), and dividing saws.

Operations used in stainless steel processing and custom manufacturing:

• CNC machining
• CO2 welding (gates, columns, grids)
• Argon welding - MIG, MAG (frames, stainless steel materials)
• Pressing on eccentric presses
• Turning
• Grinding on pedestal grinders, belt grinders, hand grinding, angle grinding
• Polishing to a high, mirror-like shine
• Sheet cutting (up to 3 mm)
• Sheet bending - max. sheet width 1020 mm, max. sheet thickness 5 mm, max. angle 135°
• Tube bending (tubes, square and rectangular profiles, steel) - max. wall thickness 2 mm, max. angle 180°, max. diameter 32 mm steel and 28 mm stainless steel
• Sheet laser cutting (up to 20 mm)
• Stainless steel casting in “lost” molds
• Coating (black chrome plating, nickel plating, copper plating, brass plating, gold titanium plating)
• Engraving (on stainless steel, wood, glass)
• Shot blasting
• Coating with Komaxit
• Assembly, small manual work (e.g. deburring, completion, sorting, etc.)
