We specialize in the pressing of highly demanding precision and visible technical plastic components weighing up to 4,160 g and with a maximum part size of 1000x1400 mm for the automotive, electrical, medical, mechanical, or construction industries. Our production area of 2,500 m2 houses 18 injection molding machines with closing forces ranging from 40 t to 600 t.
We provide our customers with comprehensive services, including:
- design, development and construction of parts, including the production of functional prototypes using our own 3D printer and subsequent testing.
- analysis of optimal production processes and optimization of part design, including moldflow analysis
- design, supply, testing, and fine-tuning of injection tools and molds for serial production, including operational maintenance in our own tool shop.
- serial production and optimization of the manufacturing process
- controlled quality control process at the level of individual operations according to international standards, evaluation of process stability, early detection of defect risks, CT scanning of parts, and evaluation using GOM software
- packaging and logistics according to customer's individual requirements
Thanks to state-of-the-art technologies, automation of production processes, and robotic workstations, we are able to ensure a high-quality and stable production process that meets the high demands of our customers.
In addition to plastic pressing, we also perform testing operations, assembly of components, assembly of assemblies, and provide additional services such as surface treatment of parts.
All our production processes take place in a modern hall that meets the strictest European standards for processing thermoplastics, and in a quality system that complies with ISO 9001 for stainless steel production, ISO/TS 16949, and other IATF standards for thermoplastic processing.
