Surface treatments for plastic parts
As a part of our turnkey services, we offer the following surface treatments for moldings: pad printing, hot stamping, and varnishing.
PAD PRINTING
We provide large-format 2D and 3D technical pad printing of parts with a maximum size of 300 x 150 mm. This method involves transferring ink from a 2D printing template onto a 3D plastic part using a special printing pad. Pad printing allows for precise and permanent printing with high quality and details. It is suitable for printing onto plastic parts of various shapes, surfaces, and sizes.
HOT STAMPING
Hot stamping (of plastic parts) is another printing method used in the production of plastic products. This technique utilizes heat to transfer a colored foil onto the surface of a plastic part. It is often used in the production of plastic parts that require precise and long-lasting printing. Hot stamping can be used for plastic parts of various shapes, surfaces, and sizes.
VARNISHING
Varnishing of plastic parts is a process in which a layer of varnish is applied to the surface of a plastic part. The goal of varnishing is to protect and enhance the appearance of plastic parts.
