Ultrasonic welding

For joining plastic parts and assemblies, we utilize high-frequency ultrasonic welding. The production facility includes 4 ultrasonic guns, 1 ultrasonic ignition table, and 1 automated workstation with an ultrasonic ignition table. An essential part of using ultrasonic workstations is their design and development.

From 2020, we have a new ultrasonic table for welding polypropylene geotextile (68g/m2).

In 2023, the table was modified and expanded to produce the new BERA LITE product range. It was also fully equipped with a take-off station for automatic station operation.
