Vacuum coating

High-Vacuum Chemical Vapor Deposition of aluminium is performed using two Zhafir 630 coating systems. Prior to the coating process itself, ionizing blow-off guns and bars are used to remove fine dust particles and other contaminants from the parts’ surfaces; in addition, we apply a transparent SiO2 protective layer on the coated surface. We test the quality of the coated surface in an alkaline bath (NaOH) and through a grid test, to ensure that the quality of the coated surface meets the current standards in the automotive industry.

The production environment, handling, and packaging of coated parts comply with the high quality requirements for the surface of the part.
